Description: The Villa is situated on a rise overlooking fields and tree-covered hills with large private grounds having both paved and gravel covered areas, the latter with maturing trees and shrubs. There is a pleasant breeze all year round which alleviates the hottest of days. THE POOL is private, 35m2 in size with a depth of 1.5m and is cleaned each day - the maintenance man calls twice a day to start and shut down the pumps plus he will water the garden on most days. There are 8 sunbeds with cushions around the pool plus 2 small tables for your refreshments with a couple of chairs if you just wish to sit and read. TERRACE is large with table and chairs for dining outside and where you can sit, take in the scenery and keep cooler. A free standing BBQ is available for use in the gardens. BEDROOMS (4) 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds each room is equipped with air conditioning plus a fan in the main bedroom. Mosquito netting is fitted to some windows to allow fresh air when required. BATHROOMS: The main bedroom has a large en-suite, the top bedroom has full shower room with all facilities, the middle floor is the main bathroom (also fitted with an automatic washing machine) and finally, a WC on the ground floor completes the sanitary arrangements. THE FITTED KITCHEN is large having all the usual refinements, the hob is gas and the oven electric. Fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, food processor, electric kettle, cool box. All various plates and cutlery in cupboards and various pots, pans, cooking utensils, outside barbeque with utensils, all kitchen linen and wall clock. Here also is the dining table and 8 chairs. SALON: Separated from the eating and cooking area by glass doors is the large lounge/salon with a 3 piece suite, coffee table, TV with Satellite channels and a music Hi Fi which can be connected connected to play DVD's, CDs and tapes. All ceiling and wall light fittings, all rugs inculed. Additional extras: All fixtures and fittings All air-conditioning units (3 in upstairs bedrooms) All curtains & curtain poles All light fittings & outside light fixtures 6 Sun loungers with mattress's 2 Parasols 3 outside tables 1 blue outside table with 4 blue chairs 2 white outside chairs Under stairs storage cupboard: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dryer, ironing board and washing basket. THE REGION: Hisaronu is a lively resort, a stunning location, surrounded by stunning pine-clad mountains. The beach of Oludeniz is just a short drive away (15 min.) and the town of Fethiye is also easily reached, approximately the same distance. Fethiye is a traditional market town set around a beautiful natural harbour. It is a big centre for scuba diving and boats leave from here for day trips around the stunning coastline.Life here continoues all year round, and recently, many British nationals have chosen to make this relaxed area their home. There is a greater variety of shops in the narrow streets of the bazaar area. In the evenings head for this lively area for live music and Turkish bars. |
