PAYMENT PLAN
The developer of this resort is offering three great payment plans with the option of a 5-10% discount for quick payment. All plans require a £2,000 deposit to reserve a property.
Option 1 - up to 10% discount
If you pay 100% of the property price on contract then you will receive a discount of up to 10% on the price.
Option 2- up to 5% discount
If you pay 50% of the property price on contract then you will receive a discount of up to 5% on the price. The remaining 50% is due on completion.
Option 3 - no discount available
- 30% of the property price on contract
- The remaining 70% is due on completion
