We only claim it to be somewhere in the top 100.It is a 300 year old stone cottage but completely renovated and has up to date services. It is currently being let at 300 GBP per week as holiday accommodation. It is a very small cottage comprising a lounge/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are several terraces for outdoor living 300 days in the average year.
