Tee Houses
Tee Houses is a boutique Belek project of 6 exclusive detached villas located very near to the up and coming golf strip in Belek and only 10 minutes away from the coast. The builder has more than 30 years of experience in high end residential property development and the project is drawn by prominent award winning Turkish architects from Istanbul. Each villa comes with its own 21m2 pool and parking lot.
There are two types of villas in the project:
- Two Type1 3-bedroom dublex villas (138m2 internal area, 190 m2 total area with terrace)
- Four Type2 3-bedroom dublex villas (128m2 internal area, 180 m2 total area with terrace)
Detailed technical features:
* High qualtiy concrete foundation system (BS-20, ST420) constructed in accordance with ground studies and first degree earthquake regulations. Concrete (BS-20, ST420) columns, beams, roofs and floors constructed in accordance with ground studies and first degree earthquake regulations.
* A water resistant membrane will be fitted under and around the foundations.
* Field drain will be fitted around the foundations
